This one is definitely my very best tip of London because not that much people know this place. Timmy Green is part of the Daisy Green collection who brings you five different cafes and restaurants. By far Timmy Green became my personal favorite!
The interior of Timmy Green aim to create and inspire a calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life by blending extended planting, clean floor and grey tints with marble tables, lacquered brass and two huge private commission art pieces. The over-all experience I had here was very relaxing and restful. It was the ultimate place to sit down for a moment and take a deep breath.
The options of the menu were great, again. I didn’t know that they serve you a bottomless brunch for £39.5 per person including mimosa’s and prosecco. That was a little bummer because I’m a huge fan of mimosa’s. We had small breakfast already so we weren’t that hungry anymore. During lunch they also have light options, but also some signature dishes. Thinking of their famous Banana bread sandwich with mascarpone, berries, honey & almonds or the Spicy tuna tostadas with avocado & yuzu cream. Sounds good don’t it?
There where I chose their House made maple granola, my friend went for the Smoked salmon royale. And do not take this the wrong way because I really really enjoyed the granola, but I have a bad habit that I steal bites from my friend’s plate. He hates is but I loved the flavors on its plate a bit more then mine. Their spicy sambal in combination of the lemon hollandaise was the best what could happen in there. A strange match I haven’t heard of, but very tasty!
UNTIL NEXT TIME
I really enjoyed coming here and tasting their food. Next time I will come again but go to the other places of the Daisy Green collection.
